Beautiful Place

It isn't green, but emerald.
The blues are bare—azure.
The sun there isn't burned of gas,
It’s melting gold of pure.

The streets are all a somewhere,
Some special destination.
The flowers bloom, and ne’er they don’t,
To people’s exclamations.

A solid pearl of centerpiece,
Beautiful trees with the Nauvoo Temple in the distance
(Photo taken from Navoofamilyinn.com)
Illuminating dimmer lights.
A moon to starry houses,
A hymn of praising night.

Please whisper’s walk when here,
Celestial glowing you,
Zion’s in your heart a place,
Forever in Nauvoo.
